Every photographer needs a website. This hands-on course introduces students to several integrated template-based tools for innovative website creation. The workshop also covers a variety of methods for preparing images for the web. From technical issues such as selecting an address and choosing a server, to the design considerations of interface, this course is a step-by-step guide to creating a photo based website. Participants should bring images and source materials for individual web projects.

Prerequisite: Experience with Lightroom and/or Photoshop.

Winter/Spring lodging and meal package available for $525. Includes breakfast and lunch Monday – Friday. Dinner services are not available during our Winter/Spring session. Meal plan (mandatory) without lodging $150. Plan to arrive on Sunday afternoon/evening to be rested for your workshop which will begin Monday morning, following registration. Workshops will end late Friday afternoon. Lodging is booked for a Saturday departure.

Kathy Fisher is a co-owner of Fisher Green Creative, LLC, a website design, development and marketing company located in Portland, Maine. Kathy has been involved in website design since 2010 and started her own company, Sunflower Web Design, in 2012. In 2016 she merged with Jenny Green of Three Green Pages to form Fisher Green Creative. They have worked together to provide effective and affordable marketing to all sizes of businesses.
