A large part of the Maine Media experience is living and eating with fellow professionals and instructors. We will arrange your accommodations on campus in one of two categories listed below. We also have made arrangements with two nearby local motels providing discounted rates to Maine Media students. Maine Media does not make these bookings.
Please indicate your lodging preference on the application, and we will attempt to fill your request. Capacity is limited and those who apply early have the best selection of accommodations. Students who will be attending multi-week intensives have priority for Kate’s Cottage.
All rates are for six nights, Sunday evening through Saturday morning. Check-in is after 3 PM on Sunday. Checkout time is 11AM on Saturday.
The campus residence offers 30 hotel-grade bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed, private bath, mini-fridge, phone, cable TV and wireless Internet access. The Residence is directly across the street from the Homestead campus and also contains three classrooms, lounge, conference room and coin laundry. These may be booked as a single or for a couple .

Maine Media has made arrangements with the following nearby local motels, both within reasonable walking distance to the campus. To obtain a Maine Media student discount, identify yourself as a Maine Media student and call direct. Discounts not available through online booking.

Maine Media cannot permit camping on its property.
All cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to arrival or you may be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
