Since March 2020 we have run more than 200 courses online. These include unique workshops that are only offered by Maine Media. We continue to add programming to the 2021 schedule, so be sure to check back frequently for new offerings.
Work intimately and intensively with accomplished faculty in our online workshops and classes. For four decades we have trained artists to be on the cutting edge of their mediums. Now have a transformative learning experience without leaving home.
The CCF program at Maine Media provides students with an intense, hands-on, creativity-driven entry route into the film industry. Students are prepared to work as independent filmmakers or for film-production positions in the areas of cinematography, directing, editing, screenwriting, documentary, and more. Instructed by accomplished industry professionals, and with access to industry standard equipment, students gain valuable skills, network with fellow filmmakers, and learn the nuances of navigating the industry as a professional.

Maine Media Workshops + College is dedicated to excellence, and without your continued support MMW+C would not have been able to welcome nearly 70 international students this year, who brought with them their unique global perspectives; the students who receive scholarships, most of them young artists; or the hundreds of students who come from across the United States, the State of Maine, and your local community.
