This workshop offers foundation level training in Audio Post Production for TV and film.
Audio Post Production is the general term for all stages of audio production happening between the actual recording on location or in a studio and the completion of a final project. It involves Production Dialogue Editing, ADR, Foley recording, Background and Sync FX, Recording, Sound Design, Music Editing and Mixing (re-recording). All of it presented via live Zoom sessions with an expert instructor.
The workshop offers a unique opportunity to develop the professional skills required to work in this exciting area of the industry. Learn to guide a project through this critical phase of post-production.
When students have completed this workshop, they will be able to:

- Apply Foley
- Apply SFX
- Apply Sound Design
PREREQUISITE: Anyone wishing to take this course should take 2-Day Pro Tools (Mar 12-13) or have a basic knowledge of Pro Tools. Students will need to have AVID Pro Tools software on their computers. A free 30 Day Trial of the software is available here.

Born in Belgium and working in venues and studios all over Europe, he moved to Los Angeles, CA where he established a very successful professional career as an engineer and producer. Walter’s international professional endeavors as Producer, Recording Engineer, Live Sound Engineer, Sound Designer, and Audio Post Production includes recent new Classical, Latin, and Christmas albums by international recording artist Jose Feliciano, surround audio mixes on the Blu-ray release ‘Live in Tel Aviv, Israel’ and the Classical album ‘Mozart Castrato Arias’, post-production work on independent movie releases and sound designs that have been heard internationally in Theatre and Opera houses, including Stephen Schwartz’s new musical “My Fairy Tale”.
