Media surrounds us and influences the times that we inhabit. This is a discussion course looking critically at media in society. The advances and pace of media are astounding. Here in this forum, we will look at social networks, self-publishing, magazines, and the influence of technology on image meaning and content.

Brenton holds his MFA in photography from the Savannah College of Art & Design. His teaching specialties include, B&W Craft,  Historic Processes, and the History of Photography. Brenton is an enthusiastic workshop leader exhibiting special care and interest in the teaching process and experience for his students.
