Understanding the editor’s job of combining images, words, and audio into a cohesive and engaging body of work is essential for all filmmakers. Adobe’s Premiere has become the preferred software choice for many professional editors.
Topics include: understanding the interface, importing and managing media, building and fine tuning the rough cut, working with sound, working with titles and graphics, the basics of color correction, exporting and sharing your projects.
This course is designed for students with little to no editing experience. We will start with the basics and build from there. It is also good for self-taught editors who would like to break their bad habits.
Note: This course is also available as part of our online offerings. 2-Day Crash Courses in Adobe Premiere are frequently offered as well.
