This weekend hands-on workshop teaches participants the ins and outs of Adobe’s extensive design program. From master pages and importing graphics to formatting text and typography, this course encompasses the basics for anyone diving into this industry standard software for the first time.

Students work in the digital lab refining their skills both technically and creatively. Participants view many examples of successful design as well as the workflow to accomplish similar projects. The two days will be filled with exercises, and address topics such as page elements, managing styles, working with paths, incorporating external files, managing long documents, and pre-flighting and packaging files for print and web publishing.

Students should bring a few images and graphics to incorporate into a personal/professional identity piece to complete during the weekend.
