Learn the fundamentals of the gum bichromate process, including paper selection, preparations, coating techniques and digital negative printing. While the gum process can be challenging it is both rewarding and fun. It’s a flexible, painterly process where you will find many new possibilities along the way to expand your historic process palette.

Lunch each day is included. Lodging is available on campus $75/night, private room & bath.

Brenton holds his MFA in photography from the Savannah College of Art & Design. His teaching specialties include, B&W Craft,  Historic Processes, and the History of Photography. Brenton is an enthusiastic workshop leader exhibiting special care and interest in the teaching process and experience for his students.
