Teresa Piccari is a lover of the written word across all genres. She is a career journalist and columnist, feature writer and also writes fiction and creative nonfiction. Piccari is at work on a poetry manuscript entitled Laying Down Armor. She has read at Tenants Harbor Poets and presented her nonfiction at several events. Piccari has been helping people tell their fiction and nonfiction stories for 25 years through a diverse palette of workshops including Memoir as a Journey 1, Memoir as a Journey 2, Return to Essence, If Not Now When, Creative Writing Toolbox and Sensory Writing. A native Philadelphian, she has called coastal Maine home for 18 years.
