Sarah Szwajkos is a fine art and commercial photographer. Sarah has been pho- tographing for more than twenty years, and began making images for clients in 2008. Her commercial work photographing architecture and interiors grew out of her fine art project Personal Space, photographs made alone in the homes of friends and acquaintances.

Sarah’s work has been featured in national exhibitions and publications, including at 555 Gallery in Boston, and at the Center for Maine Contemporary Art.

Her commercial work focuses on architecture and interiors. Clients include Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty, Phi Home Designs, Chatfield Design, and Owl Furniture.

Her images have appeared in publications including Maine Home + Design Maga- zine, Down East Magazine, Maine Boats, Homes & Harbors Magazine, as well as in Elle Décor and Parade Magazine.

Sarah’s recent personal projects use photography to explore and transform a space or landscape into something extraordinary – something that can put the photogra- pher and viewers into contact with the transcendent.
