Rebecca Rivo is a New York City-based TV and feature film producer. With extensive credits as a line producer, unit production manager, and as an executive producer supervising all aspects of production, she has worked for HBO, Amazon Studios, Cinemax, Showtime, Fox Television Networks, NBC, Warner Brothers, Sony Pictures, TWC, Lionsgate, BBC, Channel 4 and numerous independent production companies. Recent projects include The Deuce (HBO), Escape Room (Columbia Pictures), and Zombieland: Double Tap (Columbia Pictures). Her other credits include The Way Way Back (Fox Searchlight), An Invisible Sign (IFC Films), The Extra Man (Magnolia), Looking (HBO), White Collar (USA), Person of Interest (CBS), and Letters to Juliet (Summit). She is currently executive producing I’M A VIRGO, a new Amazon series created by Boots Riley that stars Emmy winner Jharrel Jerome.
She has had the honor of working alongside directors and producers like Sidney Lumet, Jodie Foster, David Simon, George Pelecanos, Gavin Palone, Neal Moritz, Andrew Haigh; and actors such as Kristen Stewart, James Franco, Jessica Alba, Steve Carrell, J.K. Simmons, Amanda Seyfried, Paul Dano, Kevin Kline, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Toni Collette, Gena Rowlands, Brooke Shields, and Allison Janney.
Rebecca enjoys discussing the nuances of the filmmaking process and sharing her personal experiences with students. She has taught a Film and Television Production Seminar in Tbilisi, Georgia on behalf of the US State Department.
She is a member of the Directors Guild of America and the Producers Guild of America.
