Marsha Shaw received an MFA in Printmaking from California College of the Arts in San Francisco and a B.A. in Art and an M.A. in Painting from California State University Northridge. She managed Mission Grafica Printmaking Studio at the Mission Cultural Center for Latino Arts in San Francisco for over 10 years and has lectured and taught courses in collage, bookmaking, printmaking, drawing and design at De Anza Community College, California College of the Arts, San Francisco Center for the Book, Richmond Art Center, Arts Benicia, Museum of Children Art and Mendocino Art Center. A member of the California Society of Printmakers and the Women’s Caucus for the Arts, Shaw’s work is in several collections and has been exhibited both nationally and internationally.
