Celebrated cinematographer Ed Lachman is a two-time Oscar nominee and a 2017 ASC Lifetime Achievement Award winner. Ed’s body of work spans major hits, legendary independent films, music videos, and documentaries. He has collaborated with directors like Steven Soderbergh, Todd Haynes, Sofia Coppola, Paul Schrader, Wim Wenders, Werner Herzog, Larry Clark, Robert Altman, Todd Solondz, and Mira Nair. His cinematography credits include CAROL, DARK WATERS, FAR FROM HEAVEN, I’M NOT THERE, WONDERSTRUCK, THE VELVET UNDERGROUND, ERIN BROCKOVICH, THE LIMEY, THE VIRGIN SUICIDES, LIGHT SLEEPER, DESPERATELY SEEKING SUSAN, the HBO series MILDRED PIERCE, TRUE STORIES, WHY DO FOOLS FALL IN LOVE, KEN PARK (which he also co-directed with Larry Clark), and many others.
