Levels: Beginner, Intermediate
Workshop Fee: $1050
Class Size: 12
Examine the work of established writers who cross-pollinate poetic techniques and prose narratives to energize their language. Edit your poems and strengthen your word choice, tone, metaphoric language and line breaks. With class writing exercises, explore new poetic techniques and narratives, then edit and rewrite with the unique choices that animate and enliven the entire poem with new and unexpected meaning. Individual conferences are offered each student in the workshop.
