A tasty weekend filled with sensory food writing.
Date: Sep 15-16, 2018
Levels: Beginner, Intermediate
Workshop Fee: $575.00
Class Size: 12
Explore writing stimulated by the sensory aspects of food. We’ll have lunch on Saturday at one of midcoast Maine’s famous nominated restaurants and use this as well as other experiences with food to invigorate your writing and heighten your senses. Writing exercises will be structured by prompts and discussion will focus on a range of food writing styles. Open to writers of fiction or nonfiction – creative writing in all forms are welcomed—as well as to those in the visual arts who are interested in ways to expand your storytelling skills.
Lunch each day is included.
