A comprehensive hands-on workshop designed to help video professionals get started in the stock footage business.  Director/producer Doug Jensen of Vortex Media has been successfully earning a steady income in the stock footage industry for more than a decade.

According to Doug:  “Please don’t make the mistake of confusing stock photography with stock footage.  They are two totally different businesses. As the video/television industry transitions from HD to 4K, there is a huge opportunity for experienced video professionals to make money in stock footage.   Whether someone chooses to make it a full-time occupation or just as a way to generate a passive income stream on the side, now is the time to get onboard. If you already have camera equipment and enjoy shooting video (without a client breathing down your neck), there’s no reason not to sell your BEST work as stock footage.”

Doug’s fast and efficient techniques for shooting, editing/grading, and creating effective metadata for search engine success will give your stock footage business the boost it needs to achieve great success.
