You know that story you have been meaning to write? It’s not gonna write itself. Seize the day, well three days to be exact! There will be two online class days, with an independent writing day in between. Not everyone has a book in them but most people have one story they are driven to write. If you have been yearning to tell one particular story, this course is for you. You know, it’s the one that keeps you up at night, or that appears in your dreams, the one you have carried for many, many years. Are you ready to bring it to the page? And then stand back and let it heal, liberate and transform you? You will be supported with tools and techniques to get your idea and basic structure on paper, and receive guidance on how to flesh out your story. Your colleagues will bear witness to your work. Individual half-hour mentoring sessions with the instructor will be scheduled for Saturday. See what you can accomplish in three days. You won’t leave empty handed. Both fiction and nonfiction work accepted.
