Our cancellation/refund policy
Online workshops are paid in full at the time of registration. On-campus workshops, $600 deposit; Multi-week Intensives $1800 deposit; Travel workshop deposits vary (most are $800); 1-2-3 day workshops paid in full at the time of registration. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Sorry, no AmEx

Meal plan is required of all students attending in-person workshops.
Billing will be sent via email for any balance due. Final payment is requested 45 days prior to start date (60 days most travel classes). Balances unpaid 30 days prior to start date, at the discretion of MMW, are subject to cancellation of the seat and loss of all funds paid.
Maine Media requires that all students, staff, instructors, or other attendees to on-campus programming must be fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to campus arrival and must submit documentation via email to [email protected]
At the time of registration, a $600 deposit will be taken. Balance due, including lodging, is due by December 1, 2022. NO REFUNDS after December 1. We will coordinate all future payments directly with you. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Sorry, no AmEx. We also strongly encourage you to obtain travel insurance before leaving your country of origin.

This Agreement and our respective rights and obligations are governed by, and shall be interpreted and enforced under, the laws of the State of Maine, without giving effect to principles of conflicts of laws thereof. The parties hereby consent and agree that any litigation, claims, controversies, and/or disputes that arise out of, or relate to, this Agreement (or any other agreement referenced herein), as well as the parties’ dealings with each other, shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court in State of Maine. The parties hereby consent and agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts located in State of Maine, and voluntarily waive any claim of lack of jurisdiction or inconvenient forum for such courts for purposes of such actions or proceedings.
