Each summer, MAINE MEDIA WORKSHOPS + COLLEGE hire approximately 75 people to help run one of the world’s great creative centers.  Photographers, filmmakers, and other visual media artists looking for an exciting summer full of challenge, camaraderie, and the opportunity to work alongside some of the world’s greatest creative minds, are encouraged to apply.


Interview & Hiring Process

New technology is changing the way we educate and inspire every day, and that is the way we recruit and hire the finest each year! Maine Media Workshops + College will conduct interviews with Easyhire.me, a top online video interview platform.

Candidates are required to create an APPLICANT account with Easyhire.me. Candidate account must be activated prior to apply for any position.

Candidates may apply for multiple positions.

Due to the high volume of applicants for teaching assistant positions, it is highly recommended that candidates apply for more than one position.

Candidates will be asked to record an on-demand assessment video before live interviews are initiated.

Candidates may prepare for the assessment video with these set of questions that will be presented.

To assist candidates with the assessment video we have supplied helpful tips on how to handle and on-demand interview.

Once we have reviewed all on-demand videos our team may contact candidates to schedule one or more live interviews. We will send out an electronic invitation proposing multiple times. Candidates may choose time(s) that best suit them.

Live interviews will be recorded, so our entire team has an opportunity to assess each candidate.
