Keri Miki-Lani Schroeder is a book artist based in San Antonio, Texas. She produces limited-edition artist’s books under the imprint of Coyote Bones Press, and teaches at various institutions. Keri produces Books in the Wild Podcast, and co-owns and designs enamel pins as The Paper Carnival. 

Schroeder holds an MFA in Book Art & Creative Writing from Mills College, and BA in Art History from UNLV. Schroeder worked as a studio assistant at Flying Fish Press in Berkeley, CA, and as an edition bookbinder at BookLab II in San Marcos, TX. Her research-based book works incorporate sculptural book structures and found objects, combining traditional and contemporary bookbinding and printing techniques.

Her books are held in prominent collections including UC Berkeley, Bainbridge Island Art Museum, UCLA, Stanford, RISD, and The British Library.
