Maine Media Workshops+College is seeking an energetic and service-oriented Dinner Buffet Chef 3 to 4 nights per week.

Maine Media serves dinner Sunday-Friday and this position is available immediately thru Fall.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The right candidate will have the ability to work independently to prepare dinner for students, faculty, and staff ranging from 75-200 people, in an efficient and visually pleasing manner, ensure proper display of buffet items, and work safely at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to maintain speed in meal production while ensuring high quality food. 
  • Friendly people skills specifically the ability to interact appropriately with students, faculty, and staff. 
  • Should be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • High School diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years experience as chef in restaurant or resort.
