Fees & Deposits
A non-refundable $55 application fee and a $300 per course deposit is required at the time of your application. For off-campus workshops, the deposit is $600. In addition, a $100 per-course lodging deposit is required. Deposits can be made via check, company purchase order, Discover, Master Card or Visa. We do not accept American Express. Your formal acceptance is contingent on receiving your resume or portfolio (if required), even if you have been here before.
Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Enrollment is limited in our workshops, so once you have been accepted your participation is important to us - we are counting on you to attend. If you must withdraw from a course, we provide the following refund policy:
- * Withdraw more than 30 days before the start of class (60 days for workshops held outside of Rockport) and we will refund all monies paid, less the $55 application fee.
- * Withdraw one month or less before the start of class and we will refund all monies paid, less the application fee and the $300 deposit ($600 deposit for workshops held outside of Rockport).
- * Housing on campus is at a premium here in the summer months.
Thus, we may charge a $100 cancellation fee for lodging cancellations made less than ten days before the start of a class. No cancellation fee will be charged for a change in class dates.
