This workshop is for photographers who also have a dual life in the sciences, mathematics, or engineering fields- for those who live the scientific method. Students explore the areas of intersection, tangents, convergences, and complements between the sciences, technologies, and the arts. This week is for those in involved in the sciences (or not!) to jump over some of the hurdles in exploring their creative side in new contexts using digital and analog tools. Students explore contemporary artists, as well as those in the past for inspiration. Participants are invited to bring along works in progress, still images, imovie projects, paper images, etc. for a project or begin in a new direction.
