Join us and learn to make this unique form of 19th century photography on glass - it's a weekend devoted to the procedure, chemistry and process of ambrotypes on glass. Ambro's are unusual photographic objects on glass that when backed with a black surface come to life in a beautiful manner.

Learn this careful work with Brenton Hamilton in our special historic process laboratory at Maine Media. This weekend is devoted only to this form of collodion practice. You will need to bring a few items  and a list will be provided.

Lunch each day is included. Lodging is available on campus $75/night, private room & bath..
