As multimedia develops its own unique forms of production, certain traits specific to multimedia are emerging. Stills and video for multimedia concentrate on the visual needs of multimedia, and explores them through hands-on demonstrations, lectures and daily assignments. Students will learn video and still techniques used by multimedia content gatherers who are developing methods of combining multiple forms of media. Students should have a good understanding of SLR cameras, as well as a basic understanding of video before attending the workshop.
