ROCKPORT, Maine – Saturday, October 4, at 11AM Maine Media Workshops hosts an industry lecture by Clare Tully and Josh Silver from the Portland law firm of Bernstein Shur on issues related to music rights and clearances for filmmaking and multimedia presentations, in Union Hall Theatre, 2 Central Street, Rockport Village.
A member of Bernstein Shur’s Business Law Practice Group, Clair Tully focuses on media and entertainment law, including the negotiation of talent and license agreements for the production, distribution, and merchandising of broadcast television and cable programs, radio programs, and independent and feature films.
Josh Silver is a part of Bernstein Shur’s Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Group and the Business Law Practice Group. He represents a broad range of clients with a wide variety of intangible assets and intellectual property related needs.
