Monday – Arthur Meyerson, an award-winning photographer, travels the world photographing for advertising, corporate and editorial clients. A three-time winner of Adweek’s “Southwest Photographer of the Year” award, he is on Communication World’s list of the world’s top 10 corporate photographers and was named one of the 30 best advertising photographers by American Photo.
Monday – Sam Abell is one of today’s most experienced and accomplished teachers and photographers. From 1970 to 2005, Sam worked for National Geographic and in 1990, his work was the subject of a one-person exhibition at the International Center of Photography in New York. Sam has published three collections of his work: Seeing Gardens, Sam Abell: The Photographic Life, and The Life of a Photograph.
Tuesday – Joyce Tenneson is among the most respected photographers of our time. Her work has been shown in exhibitions worldwide and is part of numerous private and museum collections. A recent poll conducted by American Photo Magazine readers voted Tenneson among the ten most influential women in the history of photography. The Lucie Awards recently named Joyce Tenneson as Fine Art Photographer of the Year 2005.
Tuesday – Sean Kernan runs a successful studio, teaches, writes and lectures on creativity and photography. His unusual approach to teaching, developed over 25 years, uses a series of experiential exercises that take photographers back their creative beginnings. Sean has been honored for this work, which has been exhibited in the US, France, Mexico, Greece, Korea and Italy, and published in numerous periodicals.
Tuesday – Bob Sacha is an award-winning photographer, multimedia producer, documentary filmmaker, editor and teacher who first made his name as a magazine photojournalist. As a contributing photographer at both Life and National Geographic Magazine, he covered a variety of assignments around the world for more than 25 years.
