There's still time to register for the 64th annual University Film and Video Association (UFVA) conference, which will be held this year in Burlington, Vermont.
Maine Media will be an exhibitor at the conference, which runs August 10-14, 2010 on the campus of Champlain College on the shores of Lake Champlain and between the Adirondacks and the Green Mountains. Screenings, panels, script readings, new media exhibitions, and workshops will take place in the buildings surrounding the main quad.
UFVA is an international organization where media production and writing meet the history, theory and criticism of the media. Its members include image-makers and artists, teachers and students, archivists and distributors, college departments, libraries, and manufacturers.
