Maine Media Film Workstudy: a Main Opportunity

Gain control over your craft while creating your first serious film. Maine Media Workshops offers a unique environment with cutting-edge equipment, expert faculty and a plethora of filming locations. Our Seven-week Workstudy's intensive program is an amazing and affordable way to "make it happen" for your career.

Expand your knowledge base and enhance your creative vision while increasing your network -- and do so at a substantial savings. Filmmakers in the workstudy program participate in hands-on fieldwork, demonstrations, discussions, critiques, and technical classes designed around gear, lighting, post-production, and the creation of cohesive threads embedded within each unique body of work. And, by working up to 20 hours per week with other workstudy filmmakers, you cover the cost of your room and the fabulous meals prepared by Chef Coyle and his staff.

Up first is the May 15 - Jul 2 Filmmaking Workstudy session led by Anelisa Garfunkel. Garfunkel then returns in August to lead a second session of Filmmaking Workstudy August 21 - Oct 8.
