VII Photo Agency photographer Ron Haviv arrived in Haiti less than 24 hours after the January 12 earthquake devastated Port Au Prince and surrounding areas. His intimate reportage describes the carnage and brings the viewer close to the terrible personal experiences of the Haitian population.

This non-profit endeavor, conceived by de.MO design and The Institute for Global Leadership at Tufts University, in collaboration with VII Photo, benefits Partners In Health.
Each folio box contains a series of 16 folded posters, and an essay by Simon Winchester accompanies Haviv’s images. Copies of the folio are available for purchase through the VII Photo Agency. 100% of proceeds from the sale of the folio will go to Partners in Health. Purchasers are asked to display the posters widely, creating a viral appeal for additional Haitian relief funds.
A co-founder of the VII Photo Agency, Ron’s work has been published by magazines worldwide. His images of Haiti are on currently on view through March 26 at the VII Gallery, located at 28 Jay Street in Brooklyn, NY. Ron leads his VII Master Class in Rockport July 4 - 10.
