Isabel Foley

A dedicated artist and educator, Isabel Foley received her MFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design and her BFA from Guilford College. Currently she is based in New York City. In addition to pursuing her own work, Isabel is the Photo Editor for The New York Times Syndicate and continues her commitment to teaching as a Community Programs faculty member at The International Center of Photography. Isabel has a wide range of experience as an educator. Prior to working in New York she taught visual art and photography in both Maine and North Carolina and also has worked in community outreach and advocacy. Isabel's personal work has been nationally exhibited and is best characterized as conceptually driven Fine Art Photography, encompassing the traditional Black and White Print to the Digital Image. This will be her fifth summer at The Workshops.
