Brenda Tharp has spent the past 23 years honing her artistic vision and skills to create stunning nature and travel images. Her photographs appear in a variety of magazines, books, ads and brochures, for clients that include British Gas, Chronicle Books, Michelin Travel Guides, National Geographic, National Park Service, The Sierra Club, and Time, Inc. She has had photographs published in several national calendars, and has written many photography articles for Apogee Online, Outdoor and Nature Photography, and Outdoor Photographer. She's been featured on Canon's past television series "Photo Safaris." Her popular book, "Creative Nature and Outdoor Photography", is still going strong with sales. She is represented by two stock agencies and also markets her own work. Brenda has taught many workshops over the past 20 years, and presented lectures to thousands of people across the country. She also leads international photography tours and workshops. Brenda brings to her workshops a passion for teaching, and sharing in the joy of photography.
