Anne Bailey is a photojournalist, videographer and multimedia instructor based in Portland, Maine.
 
She currently teaches multimedia storytelling at the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies as well as multimedia journalism workshops at the Freedom Forum Diversity Institute. She has also taught at the University of Montana School of Journalism and the Rocky Mountain School of Photography.
 
In March 2012 and January 2013, Anne taught citizen journalism in Tunisia as part of "Speak Out Tunisia," a project she helped launch alongside Tunisians to help build a free and fair press after the revolution of 2011. Read more about that project here.
 
In 2010 and 2012, Anne taught multimedia journalism to university students in the Democratic Republic of Congo as part of Congo in Focus, an entrepreneurial education project she developed. Read more about it in the July 2010 issue of News Photographer magazine.
