Wayne Beach

Wayne Beach has written screenplays for Warner Bros, 20th Century Fox, Disney, TNT, Fox 2000 Pictures, and Village Roadshow Pictures. His film credits include Murder at 1600 and The Art of War both with Warner Bros., and starring Wesley Snipes. He recently completed Ten Good Men, a feature for Wolfgang Petersen's Radiant Films and made his directorial debut in 2007 with Slow Burn, which is based on his screenplay and stars Ray Liotta, ll Cool J, Mekhi Phifer, Jolene Blalock, Taye Diggs, and Chiwetel Ejiofor. The film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival and was released by Lionsgate. Wayne has taught screenwriting for three years at Northwestern University. His current project is My Ghost Diary, a feature film script which he will direct in 2008. This is his first year at the Workshops. He has recently taught at Rockport College in the Professional Certificate in Film program.
