As a former Vice President at Vestron Video, once America's largest independent distributor, he packaged and marketed over 300 videos including those from National Geographic, Robin Williams, and Whoopi Goldberg grossing over $100 million in wholesale revenues. Michael Wiese Productions (mwp.com), has offices in Seattle and LA, and has published over 140 film books and produced a wide variety of media products. His co-authored book, Film & Video Budgets - 4th Edition is an industry bible on film production.  For over 25 years, Wiese has presented seminars for The American Film Institute, Kodak (at Cannes), BBC and others throughout the world. His recent feature documentaries include THE SACRED SITES OF THE DALAI LAMAS (Tibet), THE SHAMAN & AYAHUASCA (Peru), and UNSEEN WORLDS (Bali-in post-production). He is preparing to direct the feature - BALI BROTHERS - a supernatural love triangle.
