Maine Media Gallery Talk with Kate Izor - Bruce Davidson: Over 50 Years of Photographs

Please join Maine Media Workshops Photography Program Director, Kate Izor, for a gallery talk of Bruce Davidson's recent retrospective, Outside Inside.
With work from 1959 to 2009, the exhibition spans 50 years, containing images from six of Davidson's seminal bodies of work, including Brooklyn Gang, East 100th Street, and his most recent work, Nature of Los Angeles.
Kate will expand upon the photographs and each body of work with the knowledge and insight gained in her years as Davidson's studio manger and photographic assistant.
Immediately following the gallery talk, guests joined Workshops students and the community for 7:30 pm faculty presentations in Rockport's Union Hall at 2 Central Street.
