Gain industry experience, professional contacts and lifelong friends as a member of the Workshops summer staff! The Workshops hires approximately 75 people each summer to help run one of the world’s great creative centers.
Photographers, filmmakers, or anyone looking to be a part of this dynamic community full of challenge, camaraderie, and the opportunity to work alongside some of the world’s greatest creative minds, are encouraged to interview at our Summer Job Fair in Rockport, Maine on April 1 and 2, 2011.
Just some of the positions available are: teaching assistants, film technical staff, editors, photography studio staff, darkroom technicians, marketing and gallery interns, teen program counselors, and kitchen staff. Applicants are encouraged to attend the Summer Job Fair to get a sense of the creative environment here in Maine, and for department managers at the Workshops to meet their prospective staffers. Interviews for summer positions will also take place at the SPE National Conference in Atlanta from March 10 – 12, 2011.
